Stir Fry

In a pan sauté the garlic in olive oil on medium heat until garlic is tender. Add onions and cook until opaque. Add garlic siracha sauce an all veggies to the pan and sauté for one minute. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve over the steamed rice and enjoy!
- 10 Snap Peas
- 2 carrots, julienne cut, steamed
- 4 broccoli florets, steamed
- 1/2 cup of water chestnuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 onion, julienne cut
- 1/4 cup of Pak choy, steamed
- 1 cup of rice, steamed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic siracha sauce
- soy sauce to taste
